A couple years ago I convinced this beautiful lady to put on a dress and take some pictures. 2 years later I pulled out these photos and did a quick re-edit and I have to say I am still super proud of these images, and had such a good afternoon wandering around some of Queenstown’s best locations with this babe!

I love a good bohemian wedding and think it just fits in so perfectly in Queenstown, being surrounded by nature. How great is this driftwood teepee on the shores of the Shotover river, totally worth the walk to it.

I love this cheeky grin, the light was so perfect so it seemed sensible at the time to have Roni climb up into the tree to be in that beautiful light. So after getting herself into the tree my directions were to “look natural”, I believe her response was “natural like I regularly climb trees in a wedding dress?!?” lol fair point!

The start of December marks peony season here in Queenstown and they are truly my favourite flowers! The morning of this shoot I went to the “pick your own peonies” farm, dragging my husband behind to help gather as many gorgeous blooms as I could manage. I am by no means a florist but I was pretty happy with my homemade bouquet.
